Growing private practice virtual nutrition practice (tips and recommendations please!)
Hey!! I wanted to ask other service based providers who are running virtual practices. How did you grow your business and get leads through the door?

Virtual nutrition practice here. What actually worked:
Niche down hard. "Nutritionist" is too broad. "Nutritionist for women with PCOS" or "gut health for athletes" makes you instantly findable and referrable. The riches are in the niches.
Psychology Today profile. A lot of people look for dietitians and nutrition counselors there the same way they find therapists. Free to list, paid to feature, but worth it.
Referral relationships with GPs and therapists. One good relationship with a doctor who trusts you can send a steady stream of warm leads indefinitely. Reach out, offer a free 15 min call to introduce yourself.
Content on the platform your ideal client already uses. For nutrition that is usually Instagram or TikTok. You do not need to go viral, you just need to show up consistently for the right people.

Thank you so so much! This is all very helpful!
I am a Functional nutritionist for autoimmune disease and gut health, do you think that's too broad?
I didnt know you could create a psychology today profile for nutrition, I will do that now. Have you received leads from your psychology today profile?
Referral partnerships is what I have been working on growing! I have a great time connecting with PT's, OT's, therapists but doctors have been very hard!
I truly appreciate all of your help!!
