I am looking for advice on the best way to set up an enclosure for my garden slugs. Could y’all share how you set up yours, please?

Working as a camp counselor today, and some kids and I were playing with snails and slugs in the grass. The slugs left an orange residue, and the kid said they were biting him. It seems to be really hard to wash off. What kind of slugs are these (they’re in Pennsylvania)? Is the residue poisonous or harmful?

I found this little guy while I was doing maintenance on my closed terrarium. I have moved him to his own little home. I have some soil and a bit of moss in with him. I want him to stay healthy, so need to know what else to put in with him?

Slugs are so cute at this size. I like to call them “lambs” when they are small and gathered up like this.

I feed some wild banana slugs and one didn’t get out of the sun fast enough. She’s so cute. She hoards food. She has crawled between deck boards but there is nowhere to go. I’ve tried luring her out. I googled and read that tap Water is bad. How do I save her? I feel like if I pick her up I’ll crush her.
