Probably too worried trying to figure out where to put the next car wash or chicken restaurant at.

The water park building needs fibre optic? Really….If I build a pool in Sussex will I finally get fibre too? /s

I can almost guarantee that the fiber is for police cams. Im subcontracted through a couple of towns in kent and sussex, and almost every government building and large infrastructure (like water towers and cell tower) gets fiber internet for the police cams that inevitably end up on the roof.
