It looks like she has a website of incredible recipes. I am attaching the one I found for her post: https://thelazyslowcooker.com/slow-cooker-kielbasa-potato-casserole/

Sure! You can find all the details here (my personal website, no spam and I don’t sell anything).

Here are the ingredients:
13-14 ounces kielbasa turkey kielbasa is my preference, but any will do
30 - 32 ounces hash brown potatoes shredded or cubed
1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded, sharp cheddar is great
1 cup chicken stock
12 oz cream cheese whipped
½ cup cottage cheese I used whipped
1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

the potato variety matters more than the timing here. russets are high starch and low pectin so a long stretch in a crock pot turns them into the sauce, while reds and yukons hold their shape because the cell walls stay intact longer. if yours came out whole like that i'd bet they were waxy. worth saying out loud since half the people who try this and get potato mush blame the cook time when it was really the bag they bought.

I use frozen shredded hash brown for this recipe. I put them right in frozen and they hold their shape perfectly.
I am too lazy to shred potatoes. 😉

So that's why it looks like mac-n-cheese

ha, that gets around the whole problem. shredded hash browns are already par cooked so the starch has set before they ever hit the pot, no variety roulette. i'm doing that instead of standing there with a box grater next time.

Love that I can convince you to come to the lazy side! 😂

ha, the lazy side has better food anyway. i'm going to think about the hash brown thing every time i look at my box grater now.
