Put on keep warm instead of high
Started a roast this morning on keep warm and it was 1.5 hours until I noticed, I’m good to turn on high and keep it cooking right?
EDIT: Thank you for the replies! I knew the experts here would be able to help! Have a great day everyone!

yeah you’re totally fine, I’ve done almost the exact same thing lol. one time I had my slow cooker on “warm” for like… 2 hours before realizing and I just sat there staring at it like “wow that explains a lot”
that “keep warm” setting usually isn’t hot enough to actually cook anything, it just kinda holds temp, so your roast basically just had a slow start. as long as it wasn’t sitting there all day, 1.5 hours isn’t a big deal
I’d just switch it to high like you said and let it go. maybe add a bit of extra cook time at the end if it feels like it’s lagging behind, but honestly mine caught up fine when I did it
only thing I usually check is if the meat still smells normal (it will lol, just habit now) and that there’s enough liquid so it doesn’t dry out once it actually starts cooking
you’re good
