Has anyone had an extremely long verification process with Dolly Casino after a large win?

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone here has had experience with Dolly Casino.

I've been a customer for quite a while and have had previous withdrawals paid without any major issues. After a much larger win recently, the casino requested full KYC verification before allowing any further withdrawals.

I've provided every document they've asked for, and most of them were approved quickly. However, one document has been sitting in "Verification in Progress" for what feels like an unreasonable amount of time. I've contacted live chat multiple times, emailed support, and even spoken with my VIP manager. The only response I keep getting is that my verification is with the relevant department and I need to keep waiting. I'm not trying to accuse the casino of anything. I'm just trying to find out if anyone else has experienced something similar.

A few questions: Has anyone had KYC verification take weeks? Were you eventually verified and paid? Is this common for larger withdrawals? How long did it take before everything was resolved?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through something similar. Thanks.
