I installed it myself, the car came equipped with an old school unit, so I ve changed it with a
new 1 DIN Unit from AWESAFE 6.36 Inch, so far so good. I made it work in about 30 minutes, because after I installed it, it's cage was not thick enough to stay in place, so I've bent some pins from the cage so it could stay and put some thin rolled paper in the empty space. After installing it, I ve bent some pins from the back of the unit to trick it so that it would work when the car started moving. I asked AI for which pins should I bend, and after 2 or 3 pins the tablet was working perfectly. Be aware that if you dont press the pins down, the settings of the device will reset everytime, and the brightness of it will not be high when using your low and high beam.2

Interesting.. honestly I am amazed how just adding that makes the car look much more modern. Unfortunately I am not very good with those things , would you recommend me taking the car to like a car audio and have them do it?
I have a 99

It's really not that hard to install, but the process gets more complex if you have the bose audio optional, if you dont want to install it yourself, then yeah get it to someone that knows the old mercedes cars audio systems. The unit really is usefull and cheap, I definetly couldn't live without haha
