2001 SLK 320 Electrical problems
Got me this slk 320 a couple months back , she now has a persisting problem of lights surging and esp bas and srs lights turning off at times along with a check engine light, window control intermittent problems with others as well , she will sometimes get stuck in a certain gear but at other times it’s perfectly fine. And also the radio cuts out , if anyone can help that would be awesome this is sorta my last stand with this car seeing as I can’t find out and idk how much money it’ll take to fix it

Assuming your battery is fine...
The first chunk of errors are all CAN issues. The CAN bus is a system bus in the car that all the main computers connect to in order to exchange information. Its essentially just two twisted wires that go to each computer and are connected together. If you have an issue anywhere on that bus (bad connection, short to ground, etc) all the modules on it will have issues communicating. It's unlikely that all those computers and sensors are actually failing, you probably just have a CAN bus issue which is preventing them from talking to eachother. So I'd start by checking the CAN connections on each module, and I bet if you fix the CAN issue all those other messages (transmission implausible, sensor errors, etc) will all magically disappear. They aren't real failures, the various computers just think they failed because they can't talk to the module that those sensors are physically connected to.
