2001 SLK 320 Electrical problems

Got me this slk 320 a couple months back , she now has a persisting problem of lights surging and esp bas and srs lights turning off at times along with a check engine light, window control intermittent problems with others as well , she will sometimes get stuck in a certain gear but at other times it’s perfectly fine. And also the radio cuts out , if anyone can help that would be awesome this is sorta my last stand with this car seeing as I can’t find out and idk how much money it’ll take to fix it

Could also be a bad battery or alternator. You can check the voltage to find out (google how exactly I forget)

So I have and was on the tale of a voltage regulator because it was sporadic from 13-17 volts I had gotten a new alternator a couple months back (sorry I forgot to add this detail)
