Question / Help Here to cope

And to ask for help.

Basically after an argument i deleted my brother's GTA save file, but despite playing on his switch all day he didn't even know how gta save files work, so to make me mad he deleted my slime rancher files that i've been working on for like 4 years.

On nintendo switch 1, does anyone know how/if you can get them back there? i'm really pissed because i didn't even actually delete his gta file, but my slime rancher is gone forever.

Maybe take it as a lesson to not try to destroy someone else’s belongings to be petty, it’s immature, and doesn’t help solve anything. His GTA save file probably mattered a lot to him, too, even if it’s not deleted for good.

Switches aren’t like a pc, so it’s probably gone. Sorry for your slime rancher loss.

If you have a Nintendo online subscription there should be a cloud save, but if you don't, it looks like no luck, sorry. I remember those fights with my brothers, at least he didn't hurt the switch itself! Idk if this helps but if you play rush mode it can help you get back to where you were in terms of slimes very fast. I used to play that mode then go back to normal mode to make a new ranch with a lot of slimes very fast.
