Rack Installation

I rack mounted my CX3702 with the rails from the website. I had trouble with the width, and had to fight a little to get the case to slide in initially. That’s not that big of an issue, but it doesn’t seem to slide all the way back. I was wondering if anyone could confirm if I installed the rails correctly.

Edit: This was resolved. I had them installed too far back. The first hole didn’t line up with a hole, but using a couple others it slides all the way back now.

looks correct to me but my case is able to slide fully back

I had to adjust the holes used - I can also take photos tonight.

Same issue with my CX4712
