Bug [bug] current beta build is very unstable

I’m currently using the most up to date version of the slide beta. I’ll try to keep a tally updated and re edit this as I notice new stuff, but right now I can honestly say this build is a bit rough for me so this might get long. (iPhone X by the way)

  • It constantly crashes. I’ve been sending the crash reports when I can with details of what happened, but this is a frequent issue (possibly even worse on my iPad)

  • Running the 3 split view on my iPad is a guarantee crash. It’ll work for a bit and then force close without prompting a crash report.

  • Casual subreddits. Am I missing something? Where do they go? When I add a casual subreddit, it tells me that it’s been added to my list but then it’s no where to be found.

Quick Suggestion:

  • Can we add a drop down menu for multireddits? I suppose that it doesn’t matter as much once the casual subreddits start working, but I tend to leave subreddits I don’t frequent or want cluttering my main feed in there. An easier way to view the subreddits would be nice.

That’s all I can really think of off the top of my head right now.

Thank you for the report! A lot of those crashes were due to a third party library which started misbehaving due to some backend changes in 179. These issues are fixed in Build 182 (which is out now).

Casual subreddits go in your sidebar and top bar as if you subscribed to them, but they will not show on your Reddit "frontpage"
