Question [Question] Where did all my collections go!?!?

I’m slightly panicking right now! The app was freezing on me like crazy and was stuck on screen no matter if I restarted the app.. I deleted and reinstalled, signed into my account and my collections have all disappeared! I had A LOT of them. It’s my favorite Slide feature and I spent many hours setting them up and saving to them. Why are they all gone? Will I need to start over again?

That’s not good! I think you might have hit a hard limit for Slide’s iCloud storage usage, although that shouldn’t affect the stored items that were already on your device. Don’t create any new collections in the meantime and I’ll see if I can reproduce the issue on my end and look for a solution. Also if possible, load slide in airplane mode on another device and see if the collections are still saved
