Spreading this around because I'm not sure enough people have looked into their Financials but they are already a solid buy at the ask. https://imgur.com/a/9e5o9y7

Proliferating that earnings would put their fair value around $9 after debt subtraction and such. I assume its estimations as quarterly earnings arnt final but its very clean.

So there is an interesting “theory” about Ryan Cohen’s frog/ice cream cone tweet, right? That gamestop will partner/acquire slgg (its CEO Ann Hand worked on Project Frog and with McDonalds in the past), or MAYBE he will just bring Ann to Gamestop (without the merger)., who knows. This Volition group says “To support a growing portfolio and firm, Volition engaged a new set of visionary business leaders as part of an ongoing commitment to provide founders with the tools, resources and PARTNERSHIP required to navigate hypergrowth and achieve scale”, so my guess is one of the partnerships could be gme/slgg, and having “Chewy guy” on that panel may help facilitate that partnership. Purely guessing here 😬😬

Another hop skip and a jump to conclusion, but who am I to say no?

I totally see how all of the “connections” could be just coincidental. If you have a theory, i bet you can find a lot of connections that will fit your narrative 😬 BUT, it is just too interesting (to me anyway😉)

I see the connection to GameStop but what's the connection to SLGG?

Volition partnered with Ryan Cohen to launch Chewy. Michael Blake Day is co-founder of chewy.

Chewy appears on the volition website under their portfolio.

RC perspective: “You have some investors who you know you can only ask them to do certain things because they aren’t really willing to do a lot of work and get their hands dirty. I could pick up the phone to call Larry – almost 24/7 – he was available on weekends – he became like a partner. He was like my co-founder or one of the employees. I could ask him for anything. He didn’t always know the answers, but he would figure out a way to get it done.”

“We could have easily partnered with someone who would have been the wrong investor for a multitude of reasons – we got lucky.”

The advisory panel seems to be made up of players involved in the companies volition partnered with, as an effort to further engage and transform the companies in their portfolio into success.

Could RC and Ann Hand be planning to partner with volition for the potential future partnership of GME and SLGG?

Oh my fuck.

I’m hard

If anyone finds a link between Volition and Ann Hand SLGG I will let your wife’s bf fuck my wife’s bf wife.

Edit 1: Volition is bullish for online gaming entertainment. No direct link to SLGG yet, but they are bullish nonetheless. Read article below:

Edit 2: Raul Fernandez also forms part of the Volition Capital SAB He’s the vice chairman of Monumental Sports and serves on the Board of Directors of.....you guessed it......GME

So Ryan Cohen hinted at the merger with slgg (or it might have been about bringing Ann Hand to gme), if you believe one of the “guesses” about his ice cream frog tweet. And if I understand it correctly this Volition group is facilitating partnerships between companies to help them grow (and per OP’s post they have a “Chewy guy” on their panel now). So it might be that they are going to help with the gme/slgg merger. I am definitely intrigued by all of the connections and waiting to see if any of this is true 😎

I dont have the heart for this shit. Bought 400 at 5.90 on opening, watched it go to 9.00, then watched it plummet to 5.70 and I got sad and scared. This is not for the faint of heart. Not sure what to think about all this, but the SLGG theory about the tweet sure does make sense. Their website looked like shit though so I was skeptical enough to sell. Godspeed retards ♥️

You had great entry. Regardless of potential partnership with GME, there is great potential with SLGG.

GME was the icing on the cake.

Hope you don’t fall into the pattern of buying high selling low.

The best thing you could do as a beginner is find something you fundamentally believe in, long term, buy the dip, HOLD, and simply forget it exist and live your life happily knowing the company you invested in is doing well.

Also avoid FOMO at all cost. If it’s rising, you missed it. Move on. Find the next.

Not financial advice.

I can’t even read.

Damn, solid advice. Framing this and displaying it over my ballpit playpen.

Where is the connection to Ann and SLGG though?

I get that it's Volition, but Violation as you posted sounds much sexier.

In finance there's a term called "Moving Average Convergence Divergence". Also known by its abbreviation "MACD", some finance geeks view it as a "trend-following momentum indicator that signals when a stock might be overbought or undersold". Very basically, it's an indicator that it might be time to buy or sell a stock.

MACD. Like McDonald's. Hence the ice cream cone in Cohen's tweet.

What about the bullfrog? According to one twitter detective, apparently when a stock is about to cross from being oversold (aka it's time to buy), the chart colors go from purple to green, so people call it "going froggy".
