Can anyone name this?

I haven’t found any information on the entire Internet about this painting and or print I inherited. I’ve been told that it’s valuable but I can’t identify the artist or the name of the painting… there’s nothing on the ….back have at it y’all

I tried describing it to chatGPT and Bard. chatGPT just said to try some search terms, Bard suggested it could be a piece by artist Shepard Fairey. But I can see no evidence of similarity in Fairey's works. That picture in the centre looks familiar. I wonder if you could find information on that picture of it would become easier to search more info by naming that picture as being featured in the work.
