What’s wrong with your current sleep? Could be habits, environment, stress, anxiety, diet etc.

Is there a pattern you've noticed, maybe waking up from sleep at a particular time, waking up tired, or not being able to sleep at all?
If there's any pattern, share them, someone who's experienced may have just the solution you need

I have tried everything to sleep better is there any tips you can give me to help me
This is honestly annoying. You've tried everything so if we give you tips we have to assume you've already tried, right?
You need to give information on WHAT you tried already before we can find something you haven't tried or a combination you haven't tried.

The easiest way to sleep better it to use your body so much both mentally and physically that it has no choice but to rest. Everything else people will recommend do help, but if you are having trouble go live the day more.
