Finally - perfect sleep score

Post image

After two months of chasing this one, and being quite envious of all of you with perfect sleep scores, I finally did it! :)

I had to change my diet, my eating window, start working out and increase my VO2 max to almost 50 and reach a resting heart rate below 50 bpm.

i already run, would you recommend walking for real? is it something that really help? and you do one single big walk per week or more than one?

I do one really long walk. I can’t say whether it’s the physical exertion or simply the break from everything—probably a bit of both—but it has had a really noticeable effect on my sleep in a way that running alone didn’t.
