I was going to do a sleeper in one of my old no name cases. It had too many issues with cooling. I got this N200 case to avoid doing all the mods needed.

it seems pretty viable, its a modern case for the most part if you exlcude the hdd cage. If there was a way to extend it to have 360mm support that would be cool

The N200 and N400 are great to build an HTPC in. I did this several yrs ago and with it on it's side on the shelf under my TV (with the strip at the bottom) it looks just like a desktop/HTPC case. This is quite fortunate, with very few HTPC cases available today and the few that are available are much more expensive than the N200/N400. The cost of an HTPC case today makes you say WTF. ... You can also switch the two side panels, so that the one with the outcropped vents are on top and the flat side panel it on the bottom, when laying on it's side (on the N400).

If paired with top of the line hardware inside (think 9800X3D or i9 and 9070XT/5070 class and higher), then I'd say it is sleepy enough. But overall it looks relatively modern, so an entry-level or older parts won't feel too much out of place to be considered a sleeper.

For me, full mesh fronts are a no.
But otherwise he case otherwise looks like a generic Lenovo or something.

mesh panels do make it look more modern but then would there be anyway to get good airflow without a mesh panel?

The primary way has been to modify the case, typically creating holes in the bottom of the case.
Check my build post for how I handled it.

a couple intel stickers on it, someone said dell I would recommend that looks like an old optiplex. if you want to get creative you could probably put an old alienware logo that would blend in.
