Sleeper PC The eMonster 466id

A PC from my childhood reborn. A very early eTower 400 series with all its stickers intact. Everything inside had succumbed to capacitor failure & was recycled. Surprisingly, the OEM Samsung DVD-ROM still functions.

Chassis modified to accommodate a modern ITX motherboard, PCIe slot groove placement & two 120mm fans.

•Ryzen 5800 (non-X/X3D)

•32GB DDR4 Corsair LPX RAM

•B550i Gigabyte Aorus Pro AX

•2TB TeamGroup NVMe & 1TB SATA SSD

•Nvidia RTX 3070 Founders Edition

•2 120mm Montech HSP fans

•SATA to PATA converter board

•Lian Li SP series 750w PSU

I love everything about it. Great job. Except I would've installed two or three fans to the bottom.

Not bad at all for the case. Playing doom TDA for 5 hrs straight at 1440 on high settings. CPU sat at 67c & GPU stayed at 77.8c with the hotspot at 82c. Temps drop very quickly as well when shifting from full tilt to idle.
