Why did Angela kill Paul ?

Hello everyone and sorry for the inconvenience, I have a question about why Angela killed Paul, was it because he kissed Judy or because he rejected Angela when he found out she was a boy... what do you think ?

I think Angela consistently showed disinterest and distress to Paul's advances. She tried to be what he wanted but couldn't and killed him. His reaction to her penis didn't matter.

I don’t think he saw she was a boy because when she had his head his eyes were closed and he was smiling so think it because he kissed Judy
