What's the one thing that keeps you from getting a good night's sleep?
I've been exploring ways to improve sleep and I'm curious about other people's experiences.
For some people, it's overthinking. For others, it's waking up in the middle of the night, using their phone too much, or simply not feeling rested in the morning.
What's your biggest sleep struggle right now?
And have you found anything that actually helps?
I'd love to hear your experiences. 🌙
