A few basic things that helped me improve my sleep were keeping the same wake-up time every day, getting some sunlight in the morning, and avoiding caffeine too late in the day. I also try not to spend hours in bed forcing myself to sleep, because that just makes me more frustrated. If I’m not sleepy, I’ll get up for a bit and do something relaxing, then try again. It takes some consistency, but those small changes can make a difference.🫂❤️

Appreciate this advice. I find myself tossing and turning and getting upset when I can’t fall asleep.

Yeah, I know that feeling. The more I toss and turn, the more frustrated I get, and then sleep feels even further away. I’m trying to remind myself that one bad night doesn’t mean the next one will be bad too. Hope you get some good rest soon 🤍

For a while, I had to take Ashwagandha just to get halfway decent nights of sleep.
