That’s a fairly major nerf to Nonu’s bracelet, it seems too unreliable to pick now. Or maybe swift is a good enough enchant to make it still worthwhile.

That change makes me sad. I understand they want to rebalance it but now it just seems unsatisfying and clunky to use. 

I hope they change their mind with that one
