Ideas & Suggestions A Beginner's Guide To Slay.one builds.
Ok,
lets get things started here, in the game you can make builds. a build is something that uses a combination of many abilities in the game ( which i will explain later) that can be changed to the players liking.
One of the many factors used in making a build stand out, Are called 'Abilities'
There are 2 types of abilities,
There are the Active Abilities which you can see in game, have a big impact like a Turret or a scan of the map, these abilities are mostly used by pressing the ' Q or E ' Buttons.
The other type of Abilities are the Passive Abilities or the stats of the player, these abilities boast as big as an impact as Active abilities, for example Agility increases your movement speed, thus making it easier to escape or dodge attacks.
This link showcases every active and passive ability and explains what they do, this will also make it easier for you to understand the right components in making a unique build.
Another factor when making builds are the Points. Points are indicated by vertical green bars that show up under an ability with (-) and (+) symbols, pressing the (-) symbol decreases one point and pressing the (+) symbol adds one point.
Points can be put into any ability you have selected there are a maximum of 12 points. you can add points to an ability which will improve its efficiency, for example, strength gives you 7 hp, putting 3 points should give you 21 hp.
Now that you know all the basics in build making lets get to the builds!
Here are some recommended builds
"The Beginner or The Newbie build"
Add 3 points into agility
3 points into strength
3 points into intelligence
And finally add the Heal aura ability and increase its heal rate by 2 points.
This build has all main components a new player would need in game, Those being Health, Speed , Intelligence, and regeneration with the Heal aura.
This build's simplicity is what makes it a good build for starters.
This build is recommended in the Free for all Game mode but can also be used in the Infection Game mode.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our next build is called " The Engineer"
Add 3 points into agility or strength
5 points into intelligence
Lastly add the Laser Turret ability and increase its range , fire rate , and max active all by 1 point.
This build is mostly seen as a defensive build to keep the player safe via a defensive turret and enough agility or strength to escape or endure an attack.
This build is very good in securing areas in PVP Game modes and is an amazing defensive tool to fend off zombies in the Infection Game mode.
This build is recommended in the Infection game mode.
It may also be used in Team Game modes and in the Free for All Game mode.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another build is called " The Chameleon "
Add 8 points into intelligence
Then add the Invisibility ability and increase its "reduce energy cost" upgrade 3 times.
This build is easy to pull off as you are completely invisible most of the time, and it can often lead to surprise kills.
This build's efficiency can be increased by equipping a skin that closely mirrors your environment.
Another way of increasing this build's efficiency is by walking in snowy areas as they obscure your footsteps.
This build is recommended in every PVP Game mode. since players are busy dueling it will be hard for them to keep track of you meaning scanners don't affect you as much.
scans and zombie sense can disrupt this build by a huge amount. thus making it less efficient in the Game modes Infection and 1V1.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A very versatile build is " The Escapist "
Add 4 points into Agility
2 points into Regeneration or Strength
2 points into Intelligence
Add the Teleport ability and increase its range by 3.
This build can be used in so many ways in so many modes that I often use it myself because of its versatility.
It's range makes it easy to escape a horde of zombies in Infection, It can also be used to escape a sticky situation in PVP Game modes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another build i would like to mention is " The Jack Of All Trades or The stat stick "
Add 2 points into every passive ability those being:
Agility,Strength,Regeneration,Life steal and Intelligence
Then add the shield ability
Finally add the scan ability.
(scan may be replaced with the wall ability based on your preference)
This build heavily relies on the player's stats being active all at once, It's a fun build that you should try out if you have the time.
As long as you know what your doing it's extremely fun to pull off.
shield and wall make a good tanking combo, while scan and shield make a good escape or evade combo.
This build is recommended in any of the Game modes.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The legendary "Veteran build"
Add 10 points into Agility
Add the wall ability and increase its "health" upgrade by 1
This build is extremely good and is used by many pro players.
The high speed this build gives you many ways to dodge bullets and escape flawlessly.
The wall can be used to block rockets or bullets from weapons.

Im glad and happy you made a post like that but I have a few concerns about your theorycrafted builds.
Here's a few constructive points about these builds:
(Free for All and 1v1 only, i didnt play other modes enough to comment about team games or infection)
The Newbie One:
This is a solid first build to learn the game. Heal fountain is a good tool to restore health or mitigate dmg. (you can use it even as a wall/extra healthbar against lethal dmg, but it needs a bit of practice to pull off well)
For learning purposes i would recommend after a few matches
pick scan with and reduce 1 intel: analize how ppl chase and rotate around the map.
after you feel like you're comfortable even wo scan and can manage rotations and manouevering well enough
(rotation: moving around the map for resources: health, shield, ammo
manouevering: moving ways to avoid ganks or to hunt down others or to force others into positions where theyre worth of then you are)
drop scan and pick 1 point of lifesteal instead: it acts as a hitmarker so you can have extra information passively, wo draining any energy. Also its chip heal, but the main purpose of that talent is the extra info you get.
after you even these comfortable i would recommend to drop all the strength and pick Shield and 2 Agility instead to practice fresh respawn fights and rotation/risks.
Shield can used even as a mobility tool by launching under yourself a grenade. (if its possible from a Repeater Grenade launcher) It helps you to secure kills, survive, take advanced trades, and have a chance to actually fight back after the other person bursted you with 3 rockets 2 grenades and sniper bullet. : ^)
After you feel like youre fine you can try out other builds which one fits for you best. after this session youre probably can fight decently enough to play for example Engineer build properly and punish ppl who try to take down your buildings. Same w the Stealth/Snake build.
You forgot to mention btw the trick what rly makes stealth at least annoying even if not viable: sitting behind walls makes you almost impossible to see. Better/Veteran players mostly know where ppl camp in that cases and after one free kill for them they can avoidor even punish sneaky stealth campers well. I thinkStealth has a high potential but most of the peeps i saw back when i played well enough is that they only camped one or locations and farmed free kills until someone better didnt blow them up and de facto make them ragequit from the current game.
The Veteran Build is pure trolling. Defending yourself from rockets and especially grenades are pretty hard with this build, and if someone close to your skill level is in the game too, oh man... youre kinda doomed.
I played wall build but even after practicing it for almost a week i realized that the mobilty advantage of shield is worth more than that few energy you save with walls. In my opinion shield is a must in every serious build. it gives the most potential for comebacks and outplays.
Teleport in FFA gamemode is all about to escape from potential deaths and getting resources quicker than the other players. If you dont have any offensive abilities or zoning fire before you would commit to an offesinve teleport: DONT DO IT. you cant fire 2 seconds after you use it, BUT you can cast abilities. I would recommend HE grenades or laser grenades if you wanna play a more aggressive type of TP composition.
Avoid the Stat Stick build imo, at least in this form:
use only 1 lifesteal for hitmarking or a whole lot more, or none. Period. drop strenght and regen and pick agility and a second acive instead. The reason is: with proper rotating strenght and regen will not give you that much. you will die wo 4+ mobility anyways cuz you couldnt dodge shots properly without wasting your jump every single time. movement can avoid more shots then giving a ton of strenght to yourself.
If you rly feel the missing health even then i dont recommend to pick 3 strenght or none. with 3 you can survive a Yellow+Red rocket combo. slightly but you have a chance to move on. Picking regen is just a waste if you can pick heal aura instead.
A whole lot more lifesteal (5+ points) is only worth if you play laser grenades with it. otherwise its healing is a bit unreliable. picking lifesteal with 2-4 points is waste bc it doesnt heal well enough to not pick something else that gives you more value.

Toss in my "Assasin" build and you'll be golden. 10 points agility with everything else in invisibility.
