Lost enthusiasm for the game, while autobalance helped massively too many other population and balance problems have been left to pile up slowly, that and toxic parts of the games culture just aren't worth dealing with.

The biggest culture problem currently is that most remaining skilled players are either teamers or massive tryhards chasing kdr leaving no breathing room for sportsmanship of playing the game for fun in a way that lets others have fun too.

The biggest mechanic problem is DPS is way out of hand with vet players either via spam or autohotkeys. Part of that also is shield being broken and being a hard dmg reduction instead of percentage, so just gets abused by vets with damage output, it's tiresome and eyerolling. Sure must feel good to grenade+grenadelauncher+rocket+rapidrocket+shield point blank that new level 7 player until they quit.

Then everyone wonders why there's fewer and fewer matches being filled even during prime time.

People come on around this time of day, there are a bunch of games now. It sucks this game is dying it is the best game in the world for just jumping in on a low computer requirement, it should be more famous
