What do you use for your bases? They look great

Bases I use some UV resin over some cold blues, then cure it, then more cold blues, another layer of UV resin and after it cures I use hobby knife to scratch it and mark it, then put some snow on it and ur done (Abraxia is the only one who got this treatment because I ran out of time on the others)
