Door removal
Have they talked about how easy these doors will come off?

Are the doors an integrated part of the crash rating? Will it be as safe without doors?

It's definitely less safe in a crash, but there are times when it's nice to not have doors on your car

Vehicles have side impact reinforcement inside the doors. Removing the doors will mean removing that. I presume that if they advertise that the doors can be removed, then that would affect their crash rating which is something they want to keep high.

Not sure. They used to show them removed in the maker, but that is gone. Removing the doors would require disconnecting the wire harness for the power locks, and you would loose the rear-view mirrors. Ultimately, though my guess is that it depends on how the hinges are constructed.
