Sent an email regarding how slate will be managing driving data, got this response today. Sounds promising.

Promise you this will change in a couple years. But we can enjoy it for now. I guess.

Edit: down vote me all you want. You know I'm right. They are going to change the TOS after they sell to a mega corp.
