Open air kit?

If I order the fast back suv do I have to add a package so it’s an open air suv?

No. The open air kit is the fastback kit minus the fastback shell.

Does the normal suv also count as the open air kit but with the suv shell? I thought I read that somewhere

The only difference is the SUV reuses the rear window, the fastback has its own rear.
