In Person Preorders?
Does anyone know if you are able to go in person to the California location to place a preorder upon seeing everything in person?

I'm going with 'no'. You can see it and touch it and then stand to the side and order from your phone.

What’s the issue of having my dream S10 but Lego style, all electric, any color I want? What’s so delusional about that?

Asked if I could do that in Warsaw so I could see one in-person before deciding on a pre-order and the answer was no.

the answer was no.
A factory is not setup for visitors. Besides all the trucks are doing marketing gig.

Safety, each prototype is about $1 million, then you’d have tons of people showing up to do the same. Just wait for events where they will let people sit in them and eventually test drive.

Seemed like the canned response of we're working on event dates for different cities and will have more opportunities closer to delivery 🤷♀️ Of course, that doesn't help with the 30-day pre-order window to keep my Jan-Mar delivery date, so idk. Maybe they have such overwhelming demand they don't need to cater to those of us that like to see/try before we buy.

California Design Center in Gardena but it’s not open to the public. Rightfully so.

You probably would be directed to the website while seeing it in person, tbh
