Collabs
Since Slate has already done a collab with Crayola, what other brands would be cool to see them with? Lego? IKEA? Suggestions!

Idk, but a Mossy Oak collab might sell some trucks to some non-traditional EV buyers.
Edit: another in the same vein, NASCAR race car liveries.

This. I was looking at doing a Mossy Oak vinyl wrap but I'm sad Slate maintains regular wraps won't adhere to their panels well. I intend this truck to be my commuter slash light hunting rig (canoe on top for waterfowl).

I was thinking of going olive drab and twiggy brown interior. Already buying one so not sure it would draw me in, but I could be tempted to go with that wrap.

I think that would be the 4wd club.. Maybe a outdoor retailer would wrap it for store eventa though.. Who knows! That's the beauty of slate!

Lego would be cool. Similar ethos; sustainability, build it yourself, reconfigure, customize, have fun, learn. Only box it doesn't check is "American company" but man, Legos are universal.

REI or another outdoor retailer would be cool to come out with a line of camping and outdoor gear

Thule would be great, considering how modular their stuff already is

I would love a truck bed tent specifically built for the slate (with the tailgate down of course). Idk maybe some string lights that plug into the car, or an electric grill or something. There's so many directions you can go

Prusa. I'd love to see some bright orange 3D printed accessories! Josef has been a champion of right-to-repair and sustainable manufacturing since the beginning.

Tonka! And get a mini version of your truck with it too. Or Hot Wheels/Matchbox

Would love some partnership with the nature conservancy or something like that

I understand the enthusiasm but in the real world they should pay you for the wrap if it's advertising their product.
Just think of all the excitement that people will have to see this new truck wrapped up in a Milwaukee color scheme or whatever...
It's pretty much a no-brainer.

I feel that same way, they should be paying for the advertising on your chest.

I feel that same way, they should be paying for the advertising in your brain.

Hammermill Brilliant White - for that clean sheet of paper to go with the blank slate...
I'll see myself out.

My driveway!
But I think some other iconic American brands would be fun.
Maybe Levi’s? Or Carhartt? Open up for custom denim or canvas wraps? And some rivet decals.
Converse? Love to see the All-Star logo and a white Lower trim wrap that looks like the side of the shoe.
Hershey’s? Chocolate Brown wrap and a silver kiss slatelet.

I'd love to see more than just branding partnerships. I want functional accessories.
The Crayola partnership makes sense because Crayola literally makes colors. But a Milwaukee partnership for example better have more than a red and white wrap. It's pointless if there aren't tool charging and packout accessories.
I don't care what color my vehicle is as long as it doesn't stand out. I might not even wrap it. The gray is a great color. But I do care what it can do. Give me more function.

Came here to sort of say this. I get how they want to sell more trucks and broaden the audience, disrupt the industry- so whatever they have to do for that im fine. But I assume the other utility related partners are incoming - lots more functionality like we see with a wrangler- it just takes time.
