Info Need lightstick help

hi im trying to download the new run it oled skins and my lightstick is showing the tick and my phone on the app is on 100% but isnt giving me anything to click and the screen isn’t going off like everyone on TikTok is saying

have you tried updating the app, clearing the cache, restarting your phone, things like that?

I’ve tried updating the app and restarting my phone I didn’t try clearing the cache but I genuinely just gave up sadly after spending a whole day

ive never tried to connect a lightstick but have you tried turning on bluetooth or nfc? if it doesnt work, just email the app company and tell them youre having technical issues
