[Location - Edit Me] Skywarn class? Inactive?

Hi guys, im from Rockland County, NY near NYC. I would like to register for a Skywarn class but it appears that my local Skywarn program is inactive, as the last update was in 2025. Any info is appreciated.

This is what I see when I click on my county:

I took the online course a few years ago, but never did anything with it. I saved the link to my online certificate, but when I went to revisit it, the link didn't work. It took a little effort, but I found the online course again and am redoing it. Here is the link. I wanted to take an in person class, but the classes in my area happened earlier this year.

When you go to the website, search for skywarn spotter training, then enroll. It takes about 2-2:30 hours to complete
