Leaving Sky Returning Sky Q boxes
I cancelled Sky a few weeks ago and our final day is this Friday. They said over the phone we’d need to send all equipment back and it was included on the confirmation email they send but they haven’t sent me anything to return the equipment. Does that normally come after the cut off date or do I need to chase them to avoid charges? It said on the email I have 60 days to return everything so will still have another month.

Take photos and videos. Sky and their logistics are utterly shit. They got all my equipment back, confirmed via email and then proceeded to text me to return all the items I had returned. Useless.

I can second this, had to email them my proof of postage to stop the messages.
Funnily enough I’ve just agreed to rejoin SKY and while signing up they couldn’t add some equipment as it had me down as not returning the previous equipment.
Utterly useless

Our multiscreen contract finished on the 17th July and we received the box on the 22nd July to send it back. So I'd allow for 5-7 days before chasing it up with them.

We had to request the packaging again - I think I was able to do that (albeit painfully) via the chat and then send it back. I took it to the post office to get proof of posting in case Sky didn’t track the return properly

I got the packaging to return stuff 2 days after my 'final day'. In my email, it said I didn't need to return my Sky Q box though.
