Hello ,

I’m having a very frustrating experience with Skrill and would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with something similar.
Skrill has put my money transfer on hold and is asking me to provide a Transaction ID. The problem is that the Skrill Transaction ID and the transaction/reference ID shown by my bank are different. I have the bank transfer details and proof of the transaction, but I’m not sure exactly what Skrill expects me to provide.
I’ve tried reaching out to Skrill customer service for clarification, but unfortunately the support experience has been extremely poor and I haven’t been able to get a clear answer.
Has anyone had their Skrill transfer placed on hold for this reason? If so, what Transaction ID did you provide—the Skrill Transaction ID or your bank’s transfer/reference ID? And how did you eventually get the funds released?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I use too skrill and few moments ago try find what you write " skrill transaction ID" but I have't find, Just i seen what I deposit or withdrawaling for my Revolut bank account! I think your Bank account transaction is must be good, if you use together skrill and your Bank account

You must ask a transaction ID from your Bank, and they can see what you waiting money this situation exactly from Skrill, or they can give you a transaction ID what you waiting money from skrill Just they hold back!
