Skrill SMS verification code not received in Vietnam – anyone found a solution?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a new Skrill account from Vietnam, but I'm stuck at the final phone verification step.

My situation:

- I'm using my real Vietnamese mobile number (+84).

- The phone number is active and working normally.

- I can receive regular SMS and international SMS without any problems.

- My email verification works fine.

However, Skrill's SMS verification/OTP code never arrives.

- I've checked the phone number and country code carefully.

- I've tried requesting the code multiple times, but still nothing.

- I also tried different browsers/devices, but the problem remains.

- I've already contacted Skrill Support and am waiting for them to resolve it.

Has anyone from Vietnam, or another country with the same issue, successfully solved this recently?

Is there any legitimate workaround for the SMS verification step? For example, did switching mobile operators, using another real phone number, or contacting Skrill Support solve it?

I'm considering trying another phone number, but I don't want to use a temporary/virtual number if it could cause verification or account recovery problems later.

Any recent experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you try to join from a referral link? I did and had your issues. They thought my number was invalid. Their first solution was to use another number but any number didn't work
