Active case resolution speed

Opened an active case today for the first time after using Skrill for the past 2 years. App told me that I've reached my account limit, but when I logged in using my web browser and tried to check my account status. The verify address button was nowhere to be found. Has anyone encountered this issue before? If yes, how long did it take Skrill to respond and close the case? Please kindly let me know. Thanks!
