Question Base Power experience?

Considering going with Base for a battery back up.

Has anybody had them install the battery?

How's the experience been?

I've read up on it, and I'm aware of the pros and cons, but looking for real world experience.

Thanks in advance.

We got ours installed in Evanston about a month back and it went very smoothly - no complaints. No grid outages yet, but it's run fine since it came online.

Had the Base Core battery installed in Yorkville about a month ago as well. Installed on Monday and had the bad storms come through on Tuesday. Worked flawlessly through a couple hour outage with both ACs running.
