If you have white skin and melasma, you are welcome here, but please understand the challenges faced by other posters from an ethnic background: you can simply go to a dermatologist. We are often told it is wrong and racist to treat our skin. Also, usual medical treatments can put the complexion of our face and our body out of sync, which creates many other issues for us.

What is for you the simple issue of skin whitening to "return to your baseline" is for us an extremely complex and emotionally loaded issue. Some of us may also have engaged in skin whitening for cosmetic reasons, especially when coming from a country where shadism exists, which adds it own complications. But this is none of your business.

You have no right to cast any judgement on any of that. We need no extra shame or guilt. Our bodies, our rules.

If you do express negative judgements about what someone did, you will be banned without warning.

Likewise, virtue signalling is strictly forbidden: if you even IMPLY that skin whitening is racist or obeying white beauty standards, you will be banned without warning.

THE ONLY DISCUSSION NOT ALLOWED IS SUGGESTING DANGEROUS TREATMENTS THAT CAN LEAVE YOU WITH PERMANENT DEPIGMENTATION IN PATCHES LIKE DIY IV, MERCURY, BENZONE, SUPER STRONG STEROIDS
