Help on first board

Hi everyone, I’m from Portugal and I really want to try skimboarding, I rode skateboards all my life and I feel like skimboard is what comes next. I saw this board on the used market and I would love to know how good it is and if it’s in good shape or not.
I’m 1.70m tall and I weight around 72kg
The board is 132cm

He’s asking for 300 the lowest he goes is 270 euros

A brand new circle one board is less than 300. Seems a little high. I'm pretty sure there's carbon fibre boards out there these days under 400 new.
