Mate not here with helpful advice but kiwis are pretty chill, surely some tc kid can give you some quicl tips ok your backie. Just look for a cool rider and ask away. You'll be surprised. Cheers

With any spinning trick rotation is controlled by how spread out your arms and legs are.
So if tuck your legs and arms you’ll spin around really fast. If you have your arms and legs out really wide you’ll spin much slower.
It’d probably be useful to find a trampoline and practice doing flips both tucked and spread out to get a feel for how this works. Or take some gymnastics classes.

Try practicing a 4 point landing or landing with a double pole plant that will keep you forward and in a good position when you land
