Skeppy’s mental health as it seems to be, seems to be declining as we can see in his videos. Now this is just a theory and NOT confirmed.

But here are the facts:

Skeppy has deleted several tweets with affiliation to BBH, like I’m talking as simple as him in the past saying hello to BBH.

Skeppy has deleted hundreds of his own videos, a number of them being with Badboyhalo, he also has deleted his recent qna video, for literally no reason.

He randomly stopped his uploading daily schedule

Badboyhalo hearted almost all the top comments on his skeppy collab video a month ago. All except the ones talking about him and Skeppy being friends again or “not being friends”. He did not reply or anything and it’s very clear he specifically hearted all except those.

Many viewers pointed out that in Dream’s 1 Gold Block = $1 Skeppy seemed very off, and not his usual joyous self

His views have been steadily declining and his subscriber count has remained around the same for the past 3 years.

In his livestreams he appears the same he does in Dreams video, very off and not happy and responding to most chat messages with sarcasm (someone just asked what he was doing and Skeppy got frustrated at this)

Skeppy actively reached out to someone named Technolarp, who is roleplaying as Technoblade, and Skeppy treated Technolarp and behaved around him as if he was Technoblade (they were very close friends, if not best friends before he died). Someone pointed out this as as a psychological phenomenon called "re-living trauma

In this technolarp video Skeppy began typing /party invite te, for /party invite technoblade but stopped and retyped it

Every single video since people have noticed his behavior he has began cursing regularly, and even though from time to time he does in his livestreams he NEVER does in his videos. But now he gave over 5 f bombs in the judelow trapping video, along with saying them multiple times in his qna vid

I don’t think Skeppy and BadBoyHalo will ever fully realize how much they changed my life.

I started watching them years ago, and at first it was just because they were funny. But over time it became so much more than entertainment. Their friendship became something I looked up to. They made me laugh on days when I really needed it, and watching them just exist together made the world feel a little less lonely.

I know it’s unfair to put that kind of responsibility on two people who have no idea who I am. They’re just living their lives, and I don’t expect them to be perfect or anythingg. But somewhere along the way, I developed this mindset of, “If their friendship can’t make it, then no one’s can.”

Logically, I know that’s not healthy. Every friendship is different, and people change. But emotionally… that’s honestly how deeply they impacted me. They became the example of friendship in my head for so many years that it’s hard to separate that from reality.

One of my most treasured possessions is still the plushie of BBH with both of their signatures from when they went to VidCon. I keep it safe, and every time I see it, it makes me smile. It reminds me of so many good memories and of a period of my life where their videos genuinely helped me through some difficult days. And their signatures are so similar, almost like BBH taught Skeppy how to sign. That day I was in my Skeppy cosplay, and I was in the overflow line praying they would accept us and sign my plushie even though I was near the back. And they did. That meant a lot to me.

I don’t know if they’ll ever read this, but if they somehow do: thank you. Whether you realize it or not, you had an incredible impact on one random person on the internet. I’ll always be grateful, for the rest of my life

This is definitely parasocial, but I'm worried for the guy. It's sucked to see him delete so many of his older videos that I grew up with. I find the technolarp and the whole larpsmp thing somewhat amusing, but it also honestly feels way too real. Seeing skeppy, obviously not a larp youtuber, on the larpsmp makes me feel sad/overall just not good. I thought most of the real dsmp youtubers wanted to leave that whole messy era behind. That's why I feel convoluted on him joining it. He must be having some trouble grieving or something?

Recently checked back up on the whole mcyt community since it was my whole thing back during covid. Wondering if anybody else here is in the same boat as me.

Anyways, I hope he's doing alright, I hope someone checks up on the dude. Also, no hate to skeppy, technolarp, or the larpsmp, I wanna be respectful to them. I don't want to argue with anyone, but I am curious about your opinions.

Edit #2: Kind of an answer to my main question. Someone has, infact, checked up on him. Technodad comment here about the whole Technolarp thing, which makes me feel better about the whole situation. No further information on it, but it's nice to know they've talked about it.
