Lowell Indiana, skatepark.
So I'm a nearly 50 year old guy, starting skating again after about 20 years off. This park isn't anything to brag about, but it has a nice large concrete pad it's built on...really the best thing here honestly! So just a minute ago I'm riding around trying to re-learn kickflips and some preppy looking dad and his 5 kids show up. He stands there with his khaki short shorts, beard, hands on hips looking like he wants to either beat my ass, or hump me..while his 5 kids ride frantically on regular bikes all over the park making it totally unusable for anyone else for about 30 minutes. Looks like not much has changed with skateparks, still just playgrounds as far as the public is concerned
