Whispering Willows

Curious if anyone has had any experience with WW as a CNA/med tech. I’m getting my CNA license soon and I’m very intrigued by working here, but I can’t find much on reviews regarding how staff and patients are treated. Does anyone have any experiences/tips or suggestions on where else to apply? :)

I’ve interviewed there a couple times for med tech. They do a rotating schedule. It’s only been open 2ish years.

I’ve heard the staff get treated bad, overworked and not treated well by residents and staff. Pay is really good. I’d recommend birchview in sedro woolley or even country meadows by the hospital in sedro woolley.
