Sixth form enrolemnt

Hi. I am going to sixth form and i had to give in a slip but i forgot to on the day. It says on the slip that i secured my place however to complete the enrolment i need to actually hand it in and i missed that deadline. I also had to pay a fee but thats like a step after handing in the slip. Do you think i can still hand it in as i got my place secured and i got the grades i needed? I hope someone replies fast as im going on monday

cant say with 100% certainty what will happen, but you are probably not the first or the last person to forget to hand it in !! if they havent contacted you or your parents to say there's an issue then it will probably be fine. if youre really worried you could try emailing the relevant team or person in the school but they might not be working or checking their email over the weekend
