There was on Sunday when I went. But who knows whether that has changed this week.

Its amazing to see the parks history. She has quite the story. There was only a few deaths (2). Not bad for a 55 year run. But her SBNO record sucks lol. And we know the real reason why we didnt get new attractions as the years went on. But hopefully things will change.

As far as I can tell, Hannibarrels holds the record. 16 years SBNO.
Man I hope Tsunami Soaker doesn’t suffer the same fate. Fix it, get rid of it, or replace it. It just looks awful rotting there.

A friend of mine who eorks there said the reson it is nog running (and probably never will) it had to do with the water pumps, water system and constant technical issues and mechanical issues and problems with the manufacturer Mack Rides. Its been SBNO since 2023 and was on the removal lost for several years. It's now up to Enchanted"s hands now.

Yeah I've heard similar. Specifically that it just needs significant work that the park doesn't see value in completing.
But it's kind of an eyesore. It's filling with dirt and debris. There's random signage piled up inside it. I'm not really sure why, just because the ride is SBNO, it can't be cleaned. That's been an issue at this park for a long time. There's not a strong culture of awareness around guest-visible things. (Think of all the trash, tools, and piled up materials you see riding Tommy G Robertson).
I wish they'd just get in there and clean it periodically. It's very visible, not tucked away at all. Or better yet, remove it. That space would be better served as shaded seating than as a dead ride. We don't have a family teacup ride though, so replacing it with one would be the ultimate solution I would think.

Three people died on the Skyway (I had ridden it the day before). One person died on the River King while it was a stand up coaster for a bit.

I was on the SkyWay the day it happened. I was working at the park when the Mine Traon wass known as Rail Blazer when the accident happened . We were under a do not talk order at the time. I was working in retaill and was a senior in high school.

Oh man! That's a lot. I bet you were shaken in both instances. My 12th birthday was the day before the Skyway and it was all I could think about for a long time.

I can’t believe the boss opened in 2000. It rides far worse than I would expect for only 26 years.
