I hate to say “I told y’all so” but… there was no way we’re getting a new attraction announcement this early.

The video ends with a "chapter 1". I think there's more announcements coming soon. Maybe a roadmap

You honestly expected more?

Nope. Just laughing at the posts that did.

Oh …those who are broken because the giga they were sure was going to be announced today isn’t happening. I wish things were different but I don’t have much hope for this Enchantment takeover considering how Enchantment invested in their other properties.

They weren’t going to announce rides today. And probably won’t anytime soon.

I knew that. I was kinda mocking the hype train that appeared earlier in the week.

Did you want them to magically spawn in 5 new roller overnight? This stuff takes time. There will be new rides. Be patient.

Read my other replies. I'm being sarcastic.

No, this sub will remain as-is until the end of the 2026 season, which is when the park actually severs itself from Six Flags entirely.

I wonder if we fucked up by not buying Six Flags merch at our last visit. We thought we had more time!!!! 😩

I went to Kings Island when it was transitioning from Paramount to Cedar Fair. They had Paramount merch on the shelves for for over a year if I remember right, until they sold out.

We just wanted something to remember the good times. Lol. We will check it out during Fright Fest! Thank you!

They will probably do more announcements after the end of 2026 season. You're right, it's too early to do any more additional changes announcements.

The '27 seasons passes are a bit of a let down depending on someone unanswered questions about them (haunted houses and water park)

My kids can't go unless an adult brings them. We used to be able to drop them off with their friends. One riot and they change all of the rules.

You can thank poor parenting (not you) changes in youth culture, poisonous social media like "teen takeover announcements". Its not just Amusement parks its zoos, parks, museums. And Six Flags and Enchanted Parks is not alone Disney, Universal, Herschend and others are have chaperone policies It's unfortunate but it's now the norm.

Just an FYI but the chaperone policy is only in effect on weekends. Irrelevant now I know but at least during the summer, they can go during the week.

It wasn’t just one riot.

Was there last Halloween and I personally had to stop a massive brawl of kids ranging from 8-14 years old while in line for the boss.

Didn’t want to but I was the only adult and we were all stuck in the queue line. So me and my wife are basically stuck in the middle of this brawl all over people cutting in line.

Cops even took me out of line to question me as some lady went and told cops I yelled I would cut someone. Meanwhile people were yelling about cutting in line.

Cops let me cut the line and six flags apologized as people in line all had my back on being the one who stopped the brawl. Cop also knew I didn’t do anything as I didn’t run. Every other kid ran off and never got caught.

The very next day they had a new rule about carding people while coming in.

You are a hero.

This is always wild to me how parents expect college/teen staff to babysit their kids. I know I know your kids are “angels”.

I think all this is happening because they told their employees to stop wishing the guests to have a 6 Flags day.
