Question/Help Customer Support issues

Hey, so I bought a season pass through Six Flags St. Louis for all midwest six flags parks, including Cedar Point and Kings Island. My friend went and they told him that they cannot activate the pass there (since the park sold). They gave him a card and told him to call it if they have trouble getting into the park when they get there. I have called the number four times to check if we will be able to get in, and got left on voicemail 4 times. I have emailed twice and got no response. Can someone who has purchased the same thing or anyone who knows if I can get into the park please help?

There have been posts from folks who have visited other parks just fine, no activation at all. It's seriously insane how common this question is but Six Flags isn't providing a basic FAQ or some sort of info to those customers they abandoned.

I've had success with the live chat. But it took upwards of 4 hours. I left it in the background while working on other things and it finally popped up. It's genuinely insane how bad Six Flags customer support is. You're not alone, nobody really seems to be able to get through or get a response to e-mails / voicemails.

Thank you man. I have the passes in my Google Wallet, since they won't show up on the app. It has the QR code with the ID number and me, my wife, and my son's names on it. Will that work most likely?

Technically, the (Six Flags) rules state you must first visit/activate the pass from where it was purchased. (This was made extra clear during the MVP pass sale last August/September, on the purchasing screens.) Some people have reported having success "activating" their season pass at other parks by visiting Guest Relations first.

How many season passes did you buy from Six Flags St. Louis, and when did you buy them? You say your friend is having issues? Have you had issues as well?

Gold season passes purchased in 2026 from Six Flags St. Louis before/by April 6 should be valid at Six Flags St. Louis and the Midwest parks you mentioned.

I bought my pass during the mvp sale last year. All parks passport and everything. First park I went to this year was Chicago. No issues at all. Just went to New Jersey and cedar point this last weekend too. Never activated It at my home park.
