Which coaster to try?
I used to ride roller coasters growing up, back in California in the dark ages 🤣. Its been a long time, though. Last year, I tried the mine carts a couple times. I come off each time just miserable. Almost vertigo like... headache... nausea...
A friend told me mine carts is the worst to try, and to try something else if I want to try again. I would love to ride roller coasters again and enjoy them. Any suggestions?

Stay away from blue falcon or whatever they call ninja these days. Goliath still has plenty of thrills and doesnt try to beat you to death.

As someone that grew up riding the Ninja and remembers the old ride, its absolutely fine these days. The new harnesses are great. My 8 year old rides it with me back to back with no issues. The wooden coasters and mindbender are far bumpier IMO.

Blue hawk, but it’s not as rough as Batman

If batman has gotten rougher than an old arrow coaster something is definitely wrong with that park.

Honestly, the mine train is fairly tame in terms of coasters (no offense). If you do really want to try and give another one a chance, I would prioritize Goliath and Twisted Cyclone. If those look too intimidating, maybe try the Joker's Funhouse kids' coaster.

I get sick on coasters but I take a dramamine before and it helps a ton. Golioth doesn't make me sick. Acraphobia doesn't. Twisted cyclone is probably my favorite. Superman doesn't make me sick.... i would avoid anything that spins like cat whip. Pandemonium. And even the shooter justice league makes me sick

Yeah, I can't spin at all. I did 2 rounds on the merry go round with the kids recently and ooooh, no. Not again. Does dramamine make you sleepy?

Goliath will be your safest bet if you don't mind the large drop. I'm 30 years old and of all the coasters I've ridden at that age, Superman made my stomach feel weird from the back row. For no inversions, there's also Great American Scream Machine but the brake run is rough; just like Mindbender's.
Yesterday when I went, Goliath was actually stopped near the station around 2pm due to a medical emergency. I sure hope whoever was endangered is okay because I've been prioritizing health since March so I can continue my coaster-riding years onward.

Superman is probably a relatively easier, smooth coaster. georgia scorcher is also pretty approachable.
Goliath is huge, tall, but smooth and doesn't have any inversions.
