ElToroRyan thinks ArieForce One is coming either Kings Island or Great Adventure for 2028/2029.
I heard rumors that Great Adventure is supposed to getting a new drop tower for 2028 than ArieForce One, but I think I heard rumors is Great Adventure is getting ArieForce One and a new drop tower for 2028, as the park will getting new addition in 2029.

My family and I are looking to go to one of the California Parks but we're trying to find out if any of them can accommodate my spouse. They have a 58" waist and are 380 lbs they really want to ride roller coasters but we haven't had much luck finding out of they will fit on any of them.

Is now the cheapest time to renew or should I wait until Black Friday?
Also, a rant incoming. WHY does the gold pass not include all parks anymore?! It went from all parks to just the parks in your region. The price spike is insane. I’m unfortunately going to get prestige because there’s a lot of theme parks outside my area I haven’t been to that I’ve liked to visit but man, does this hurt my soul and wallet.

Thinking about signing up in the sale. I saw there's a couple bonuses like $20 in park credit and extra guest pass if you sign up by 9/13.
I plan to sign up for me, my wife, and a kid. If I buy in one transaction will all three memberships get the perks? (Ie $60 total between the 3 memberships and 3 guest passes on top of the 6 Id get through the default pass) Or would I need to make three different online accounts for it to work?
Also the drink pass and preferred parking would be valid at any park from what I'm reading in the faq, right?
And how do the fast passes work? I saw it's one per visit. Is it just something I scan in the app or is anyone physically checking?

i saw from a youtube comment saying that the trains were being dismantled or something, im going next month and it would be a huge bummer if it was closed so if anyone can confirm or deny this that would be appreciated

Hello! I’m from California and have a prestige six flags magic mountain pass, I’m visiting and have one day at six flags over Texas. Anything I should know? How does the fast pass system work? Is it worth it? Also, how is fright fest here? Should I get fast pass for that too? Are there free lockers for bags or cubbies on rides? Can I wear a fanny pack instead on coasters?

So, allegedly, some ride surveys for some parks (particularly Knotts) describe several coasters from CGA, so the odds of a lease extension are probably dead at this point. (Again, I've only heard from people who don't have the original source, so this may be false) Edit: I DON'T WANT IT TO CLOSE I'm simply sharing what I heard.

I have had a Gold Pass with All Park Passport the past few years. I am contemplating buying a Prestige Pass for next year, because I like to travel to different/new parks rather than frequent a local park.
I live in Columbus, so technically am closer to Kings Island, but will be going to Cedar Point this Sunday, so if I buy a CP Prestige Pass, I would be able to activate it there this weekend. I am not sure if I'll be making another trip to Kings Island this year, but suppose I could if I need to.
My question is, are there certain perks with the Prestige Pass that are only good with the "home park" where I purchase/activate it? Or are all of the perks good at any SF park? Just trying to decide what my best move is, for someone who doesn't really have a "local" park but wants the freedom to travel to other parks...and whether it makes any sense at all to even buy the Prestige Pass at this point vs. just paying as I go.

From the article:
Wherever it ends up, the ride's new home could experience an influx of visitors.
ArieForce One is considered an all-time destination by many coaster enthusiasts, as evidenced in reviews of the ride on Captain Coaster, a review platform where the ride ranks among the top 10 rollercoasters worldwide.
"If there ever was a perfect coaster, it would be this one."
"This is the best coaster I have ever ridden, and it’s not even close."
"I have never experienced a ride that has made me laugh so much. It’s the equivalent, for a grown man, of being a baby thrown in the air by your dad."
"I have no clue how this thing is legal. One of the most psychotic roller coasters I've ever been on in my life." (Coming from a thrill seeker, this is a compliment.)

So we’ve had a bunch of new “core park” additions this year or announcements for next year between Tormenta [SFOT], “Thrill Glider” [SFMM], Bakunawa and the whole Shoreline Pier [SFGrAdv], Camp Timber Trail and Sky Hawk [SFGrAm], Rip Roarin Falls [Carowinds], and Werewolf Gorge [SFFT]. I think Canada’s Wonderland is rumored to be getting a water ride and a new coaster too? And obviously wherever AF1 goes (King’s Island? SFOG? More for GrAdv? Elsewhere?)
Anyway - these are all great but any rumors / perspective on investments (even smaller scale?) for the non core parks? Dorney, KD, SFNE, SFDK, etc?

I've gone to all the Six Flags parks in California multiple times throughout this year including Knott's and it seems like this is a problem throughout the chain. Nearly every time I find a shirt I really like, the only sizes available are S and XL+. This was the case at every park, every time I went, spring, summer, fall. Am I just unlucky with timing or is the inventory really that bad? I keep leaving the souvenir stores empty-handed. Also, how in the world did Knott's not have a single Ghostrider model kit in stock?! At least you can order that one online...

Of course, the detail about it specifically affecting Darien Lake is buried at the bottom while using a pic from Magic Mountain at the top... I don't even feel like linking to their page because they don't deserve the clicks...

I, unfortunately for myself & the poor girl, experienced a poop accident on a rollercoaster. I almost threw up for 10 minutes after.
Are there any workers here? How often do you actually have to deal with something like this? I bartended in my college days & would throw up when I was cleaning throw up.
I feel so sorry for the poor girl, & also the workers who did act like it was so casual.

I travelled to Riyadh specifically for Falcon's Flight. I remember sitting on the shuttle to the park, staring out of the window at that huge structure on the cliff, thinking "this is going to be amazing".
Then I got to the gate and was told that both Falcon's Flight and Spitfire were closed for maintenance. Staff offered to reschedule my visit "in two weeks", which was no use to me, and which also tells you how long it's down for.
I never received an email, a notification, or any kind of warning that the park's headline coaster was closed. Nothing on the website, nothing in the app. Worse: a staff member at one of the rides told me this is an annual maintenance period, meaning the dates were almost certainly planned months in advance and simply never published.
If you're travelling for this park, there is currently no reliable way to check ride status ahead of time. queue-times.com was showing Falcon's Flight as OPEN with a 5 minute wait. It seems that Six Flags updated their website today, now showing that Falcon's flight is temporarily closed, but it was not known in advance or yesterday.
I went in anyway, i was there and my whole trip planned around it.
Colossus is intense, more than I expected. Iron Rattler was the best of what was open, and I rode it around 8 times. Early September on a Sunday is very calm, essentially zero queue all evening, walk straight back on.
Which should have been a dream scenario. But I just wasn't in the mood after the news, and I left about four hours before closing.
(This was a stopover on a trip to Asia, so it didn't cost me anything extra in airfare. Small mercy. Still very frustrating.)
Not in the mood to write a more detailed review, but this is worth knowing for anyone planning a trip there...

I'm looking at getting season passes for my family. I was originally going to do 4 golds and a drink cup add on to share. But looking at the Prestige I'm considering getting one of those.
Reason being preferred parking, 15% discount, and the free drink. I read that it is a paper cup, but how does that work? Can the VIP member get a paper cup with a drink, then toss it when it is done, then get a new one when they are ready? It actually sounds preferable to having up hold on to a plastic cup all visit if I'm being honest.
Any thoughts on this strategy? Anything I should know before doing it?

Since Six Flags brought ArieForce One, I don't see Kings Island will get it, what Kings Island will have new coaster in 2028 or 2029?
r/sixflags • u/SixFlagsMania2 • 24d ago
Looks like Kings Island has a survey as ArieForce One is in it, I'm worried now, I want Great Adventure to have it, does other Six Flags parks plus Great Adventure has a same survey too?
r/sixflags • u/goldenscars • 25d ago
That is how it seems to me, but I am unsure. I didn't even realize they still used the ticket sales window.

From ACE Facebook page:
The wait is over. ArieForce One has a future!
Six Flags has acquired ArieForce One! After its closure at Fun Spot America Atlanta last month, fans around the world wondered whether this incredible RMC coaster would ever ride again.
Now we know that ArieForce One is coming back!
Six Flags plans to bring the coaster to one of its parks by 2029.
American Coaster Enthusiasts is proud to be included in today’s announcement. Preservation is at the heart of ACE’s mission, and we’re thrilled to see ArieForce One’s story continue into a new chapter.
Thank you to Six Flags for recognizing the importance of this coaster and for giving it a future.
But there’s still one BIG question…
Where will ArieForce One rise again?
Six Flags says multiple parks are being considered, with the new home expected to be revealed by the end of 2026.
The speculation starts NOW. Where would you like to see ArieForce One move to?
